Now we have covid pandemic. Many of my friends have been depressed. I was also influenced by the vibes of fear. So I start to think about how can I help in this situation. We all need to feel we have control over our lives again. We need to raise our state of mind. But where is the source of this power?

Lately, I have seen a movie about wildlife and I have started to think about animals.

They don't have egos or thoughts that produce fear and stop them from doing things.

They don't hesitate.

They have a primal force for life. Maybe the source of power can simply be nature.

All we need we already have.

We are part of a perfect world.

It is carefully prepared for us and we can handle anything.

Now, here is a new idea, that we should think by heart.

Most of our decisions are made unconsciously.

We are intellectual, but we have also other allies.

We have 90% of our DNA in common with monkeys,

Our natural instinct, beautiful bodies, and hearts are instruments that work for us.

We can feel safe. Prepared.

We have a source of power inside of us.

I read a book by Zbigniew Herbert " The Barbarian in the Garden".

He was a famous Polish poet, writer, and philosopher.

He wrote about the art of prehistoric people, which was discovered in Lascaux's cave in France.

He says the hunters admired the quality of the animal's features, but also they believed that animals are closer to the source.

They have an indirect, primal relationship with the spirit of the earth, the source of being, incarnated in them.

I express those ideas in the paintings.

I believe art exudes its energy.

I hope that looking at the animals – panthers, leopards, cheetahs, who are the masters of taking care of themselves we will feel in power too.
